Returns / Exchanges for AUSTRALIAN ORDERS ONLY!
If you ordered & shipped to Australia:
If you are not completely happy with an item you purchased online, we can exchange it, issue a credit note or refund, provided that it is returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.
Credit notes have a 3 year validation.
If you are not satisfied with your product and don't wish for a credit note, and if you purchased from Australia, we can refund the product.
We only exchange & refund for Australian purchases.
Please include a copy of your original invoice as we will require this to process the exchange//credit note/refund.
*Last sale items can not be exchanged or refunded.
Requested exchange items are subject to availability.
Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
Exchanges, issuing credit notes & refunds are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt only.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, ARKHE LANE is unable to refund such duty or taxes.
PLEASE NOTE: We only refund for online purchases delivered to Australia. If you purchased from our pop-ups / market stalls, or ordered from overseas, we do not refund or exchange.
Where do I send my exchange / refund?
Please email us on info@arkhelane.com with all of your order and exchange / refund details, if exchanging please do let us know what product you would like to exchange it to. We will email you back with the Exchange department address. Then simply securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using a trackable service to the address we provide. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
Replacements/Exchanges
Original payment by credit card if you requested replacements of a higher value, we will need to charge you the extra cost via credit card. We will do the first exchange with no postage charge when returning the new garment. After the first exchange, postage for any additional exchanges will be charged as per our listed rates.
Original payment via Paypal if you have requested replacements of a higher value, we will process a full refund and you will need to place a new order for the replacement item. Payment adjustments can not be made via Paypal. If you have requested a replacement of the exact same value, we will process the exchange and mail you the replacement, subject to stock availability.
All replacement items are sent using Australian Post. We will email a tracking number once the goods have been dispatched
